Loading Unloading

Please read this and ask questions prior to 10/24 – 4PM, we will be unavailable until 10am Saturday morning and probably won’t be checking digital things until after the show.
 
There is NO FRIDAY NIGHT load in sorry folks.

Check the website for listings and logos and email us separately (not replying to this email, please) with any updates to your listing/logo/etc.
Here comes a lot of information so please take note as to what does and does not pertain to you.
We are always changing things, we hope for the better of logistics for everyone
 

Load–in/Load-out:
The spaces will be open for load–in at 6:30 AM at the earliest, the Fairgrounds will get us (GF folk) access at 6am but we have about 30 minutes worth of work to do so do not come early. 

Do not come in until 6:30 AM, please. You will park in the driveway you entered on and wait in/near your cars until 6:30.
Ryan will be the one giving unloading parking instructions etc.  Everyone is able to drive up very close to your space, unless you have 3 cars or more. 1-2 is what can be handled. 

You will move up, unload and then PROMPTLY move your vehicle to the Vendor Parking area I designate to you. 

Please don’t come early, please just be on time and be in/near your car until we tell you. It will reduce any issues and reduce any additional delays in the morning as it is tight anyways but we will get there. We will have a few folk running around setting things up.  You need to look for Grace or Ryan for instruction and we will not be available until; 6:30 at the earliest. Based on the map we will let folks know their best spot for unloading. 

SPACES:

Stalls/Spots are about 10×10 & 10×12 pending what you purchased.  Tables are 30″ wide and 8′ long if you ordered them. If you did not there will NOT be tables available that morning so be prepared.

This is a BYOE event

(Bring Your Own Equipment).  

 
Upon Arrival
YOU MUST follow this map, Failure to do this will delay YOU and be wasteful of everyone’s time. 
 
Load–in/Load-out:
IN: The property will be open for load–in at 6:30 AM at the earliest the day of but NOT the night before. Please don’t come early, we have a few things to get done before you arrive, there will be cones to stop you on the drive around if you do arrive early you’ll need to wait (Please). The load–in will take place at the vendor spaces/stalls directly. There will be someone there directing you on where to take your inventory and where to park your car after. Please provide all of your own equipment for loading in (hand carts, dollies, etc.).  All vendors must be unloaded and parked by 9:15 am. Any vendor vehicle in the way will be towed. You must park where we point you. The parking space is no longer limited.
 
PLEASE MOVE YOUR CARS AS SOON AS YOU UNLOAD we have food trucks/vendors and entertainment based guests coming in as well and other outside folks setting up in the nearby areas and need the space. If you have someone arriving to help you or anyone accompanying you please give them these instructions. All vendors and guests of vendors and the show MUST park in the appointed areas, the main parking lot is for Attendees as you all know. 
 
FOOD VENDORS: You can start lining up as early as 7 am in the driveway for setup/prep. We will be placing you based on arrival and following instructions.
Fairgrounds Parking - Throttle 2 lanes will be fine if need be.
Load–in MAP: Follow the Arrows on the Map upon arrival for an easy load in process, able to load from your car?  Drive to the welcome wagon and get parking instructions. 
  • Map/space locations- the day of not before (sorry).
  • Food- Only the people that have spoken to me can sell food or drinks. If you do not have our expressed permission please don’t bring anything outside of what you are supposed to. 
  • Any cancellations past this point will be considered forfeiture of funds and spaces.
  • Don’t forget to bring enough CHANGE, Bags, Ways to accept cards.  Masking/gaffer tape is good tape, ALL other tape is bad tape.
  • Every single stall space has power very close or with it. Pavillion spaces have power near your space. You will need extension cords (proper not the cheap ones) and tape to tape things down.
